Refund policy

Upon receipt of your order, please promptly inspect the goods for any quality issues. Should any defects be identified, you must:

Contact our after-sales team at Elaviour within 3 calendar days of delivery via Return Request Form 

Provide supporting evidence (photos/video documentation)

Important Notes:

We exclusively address quality related claims and cannot accept returns/refunds for:

1.Non-quality related issues

2.Customized/special-order products

3.Requests submitted after the 3 day window

Resolution Process:

For verified quality defects, Elaviour After-Sales will coordinate either:

a) Product replacement with identical/similar item, or

b) Reshipment of corrected merchandise

c) If you do not accept the above solution and need a refund, please contact Elaviour after-sales department to send the package back within 3 days after confirmation. We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours after receiving the package. The refund will be returned to the bank account within 7-15 days after approval through the original payment method.


All resolutions remain at company discretion following thorough quality verification.
